Navigate to App Store and on right-handed of search bar type there “macOS Mojave” and press enter using the keyboard. macOS Mojave file is a light and small file about 14MB click download button it will take no longer time. therefore, if the downloading is complete then the installer of macOS Mojave automatically start installing.

Step #3. After that, the installer launched on the first screen. Click Continue and go ahead with the installation.

Step #6. In this step, the installation disk will appear on the screen. You need to select the disk that already macOS High Sierra has existed there. It is a virtual disk you don’t worry you will not have any kind of data loss, simply click Install.

Step #7. To continue installing macOS Mojave. You need to login in as an administrator. Install macOS Mojave is trying to add a new helper tool type the password of your user account and click Add helper.

Step #8. Certainly, the installation will run macOS Mojave installation at the very first step. This will download the requirements of macOS Mojave to your computer. Remember one thing that you must to have (Fast internet connection) to download macOS Mojave files fastly. If you don’t have fast internet it may cause an error during installation and downloading the files of macOS Mojave.

While your download is finished, automatically macOS High Sierra will reboot the installation. therefore, you must have patience while this process is going on your computer.

Step #9. Now it is the time to upgrade your old version of macOS High Sierra to macOS Mojave 1.14.4. Wait for some minutes to complete this process.

Step #11. In this step, you need to select your look, in my case I prefer dark mode more than light mode because this feature is newly added to macOS Mojave.

Step #12. Wow! congrats you have successfully upgraded macOS High Sierra to macOS Mojave, however, there is no need of more settings to do in VMware to confirm that which version of macOS Mojave is already running on your computer. Click on left-handed on Finder and check the version.
