First of all, you have to install macOS Mojave, after that, go ahead and hit power on this virtual machine.
After you signed in to macOS Mojave, click on the Mac App Store. Then on the left-handed search bar type “macOS Catalina” and press enter. When macOS Catalina appeared then click on “View”.
