First, on your Windows screen press Win + R (Key on the keyboard). When the Run window appears on the screen. Then type in “Systempropertiesadvanced” then click on OK.

Before going to delete user profile we need file explorer and register editor app.
First of all open file Explorer.
Go to C:/ Users folder and look for the user which you want to delete.

Go to the registry key below.

From the left side, scroll through the list of the numbers which are actually user accounts, so once yo found that click on that and look for the value data of the ProfileImagePath string value. After finding the item that points to the user’s deleted profile, right click on the file and click on Delete. See the image below.
