But that is simple to solve the issues and problem just follow the steps.

Installation VirtualBox Extension Pack
Step 1. Before going to install Extension Pack you need to download, for download go to VirtualBox.org then download the Extension the same version of your VirtualBox. for example, if you are using VirtualBox 6.0.4 then download the Extension of that

Step 2. After that, you have successfully downloaded Extension. therefore, you need to install that, open VirtualBox and go to>File or Ctrl G is shortcut key and select Preferences.

Step 3. In this step Select Extensions from left-handed. then click on Add Button for adding the Extension.

Step 4. After that, you clicked on Add Button. therefore, you will face another screen go to>Documents and select the downloaded Extension Pack, and click on Open to insert.

Step 5. You are about to install a VirtualBox Extension Pack. Extension packs complement the functionality of VirtualBox. and can contain system-level software, that could potentially harmful to your system. please review the description below and only proceed if you have obtained the extension pack from a trusted source. after that, Click on Install.

Step 6. Read carefully all the given description about VirtualBox Evaluation License. because there are some important notes about the installation of Extension pack. and Click I Agree.

Change VirtualBox operating system Version
After installing VirtualBox Extension Pack, again if you are facing any other issues or problem on during of installing macOS Mojave 10.14. I just you change the operating system version. for that you need to open VirtualBox then go to (macOS) Setting, then go to General setting and select the Version setting and select Mac OS X (64-bit) If you are using Mac OS Mojave 10.14 change that to Mac OS Mojave (64-Bit) then finally click OK.

Enable and Add USB 3.0 (xHCI) Controller
After that, you changed the Operating system Version. therefore, still, you will have the issues of Mouse & Keyboard not working for that again open VirtualBox. and select USB from Tab then Enable USB controller then select USB 3.0 (xHCI), Controller. after that, if you want to add new Mouse & Keyboard click on Add button to add a new one.
Note: Don’t continue your installing without Enabling the USB 3.0 because again your Mouse & Keyboard will not work. After you bring some changes to the Operating system Version, be patient and do these settings also. after that, you can successfully install Mac OS Mojave 10.14 on VirtualBox without any problem and issues.
